We still have numerous trees down in the northwestern third of Lawrence County, but roads are passable.

Roads in the rest of the county are generally in good shape, but there are a few slick spots on bridges and shaded areas.

Lawrenceburg Utilities is working to restore power to remaining customers affected by the storm. Residents may see a few brief outages as crews temporarily disconnect lines in order to tie in an affected residence.

If you are out and about, watch for icy spots on the roads, walkways, and even your own yard. We are expecting cold weather to continue at least thru the weekend, so be careful out there!
