Due to the large number of outages our phone system is overwhelmed and most customers will receive a busy signal. Our outage management system is fully functional and we are aware of outages as they occur.
DO NOT call 911 to report power outages.
If you cannot get through the phone system you can report outages through the SmartHub app or by texting the word “out” to 855-940-3879

We are aware of widespread outages across central and northern Lawrence County as a result of the winter weather and icy conditions.
All electric crews have been called in and are actively working to make repairs, but please be aware that continued weather and travel conditions will likely extend restoration times.
We ask that if you don’t have to be on the roads, please STAY HOME!
If you have to be out and encounter a downed line, please do not approach and always assume that lines are energized.
