Arriving units found a shop on fire with a large amount of contents and quickly placed two lines in service. Due to water shuttle operations, 431 was shut down by MCSO Deputies to keep our members from being struck by passing vehicles.
Units operated for approximately two hours. No injuries were reported.
We appreciate the prompt response from Chapel Hill FD and MCSO for dedicating two deputies for traffic control.
