Maury County Fire Department responded to two serious wrecks on Friday night where one resulted in two patients being ejected from vehicle and lifeflight being called to the scene.

 

The Maury County Fire Department released the following photos and information on Saturday:

"Last night at 5:19 PM units responded to an MVA with entrapment on Flat Creek Rd near 431. Engine 10 used their edraulic tools to remove a door and units set up an LZ for air medical transport. Thanks to Spring Hill Rescue 62 for additional manpower assistance.

At 6:56PM units responded to 431 north of Kedron Rd for the report of an MVA rollover. Units arrived to find two patients ejected and in critical condition and requested air medical response. Williamson EMS provided two EMS units and an EMS Supervisor.

One helicopter landed on scene and one MCFD FF/Paramedic rode with Williamson to VUMC with the second patient. Rescue 1 handled a diesel fuel leak from a large tank that had been dislodged from the truck bed."
