Lawrenceburg police officers were dispatched to a residence on College Avenue over the weekend where the male victim told police that his house was currently empty while he was completing renovations, but that he always left his tools there.

The victim stated that once he returned to the residence he noticed his basement door had been pushed open, and several of his power tools were missing.

The items stolen were a Dewalt Jigsaw valued around $100, Dewalt Cordless Driver valued around $100, a Dremel tool valued around $90, a Craftsman 3 gallon air compressor valued around $150, a Craftsman 18 gauge air nailer valued around $150, and a Milwaukee reciprocating saw valued around $180.

Police obtained pictures of several of the stolen tools along with patrolling the area for any evidence of the burglary, but at the time of the report there was no potential suspects yet.
