Lawrenceburg police officers responded to reports of vandalism after a male victim believes his tires were slashed by a scorned woman he refused to date.

Lawrenceburg police officers were dispatched to a residence on Old Florence Road where a male victim told police that he had left his truck with his mother so she could run errands the night before the report, and the following morning arrived at his mother's residence to discover two flat tires on his truck.

The male victim reported an estimated total of $110 to repair the damaged tires that had visible cut marks along the sidewall of the tires, and also gave officers the name of a potential suspect who according to the victim was a female that was extremely angry with him after he turned down her offer to date.

At the time of the report there had been no charges filed pending further investigation.
