No appointments are being scheduled by telephone or in person, therefore this process is your best option for receiving the vaccine.

The Health Department has provided the following links to check eligibility to set up an appointment and to get on a priority waiting list to be notified by email when appointment slots become available. Telephone or in-person appointments are not being accepted.
