New Year Baby 2008

Lawrence County’s 2008 New Year’s baby has arrived and the proud parents are Brooke McMullen and Andy Hughes of Leoma.  Born at 2:22 a.m., Carter Ray Hughes arrived weighing in at 6 pounds 5 ounces and was 18.5 inches long. Carter has one brother, Alex.
