Damages reported to ATM

Officials with Employee Resource Credit Union on Remke Avenue spoke with police officers last week after their automatic teller machine sustained some $4,400 in damage.

Bank officials reported that a customer had busted the screen, then came into the branch and confessed. Shortly afterwards, the man spoke to a police officers.

He said that he “had just punched the screen because he had done it once before it was not registering his touch screen” and that had caused the machine to begin working again. Investigation in the matter is on-going
