The Lawrenceburg police department was dispatched to the area of First Street with reports of an unresponsive man passed out on the train tracks.

 

Over the weekend officers with the Lawrenceburg police department arrived in the area of First Street along with the local fire department, and EMS to find an intoxicated man stumbling along the train tracks.

EMS attempted to check on the male subject where he refused to cooperate, but did eventually speak with officers were he told them he had been excessively drinking all day.

Officers concluded that the male subject was a danger to himself/ the public where he was then arrested on charges of public intoxication, and transported to the Lawrence County jail.
