The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office arrested a Tennessee man for drinking and riding a horse.

 

According to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office John Arnold was arrested after deputies received multiple reports of an intoxicated man riding a horse.

A deputy reported that he allegedly seen Arnold riding the horse down the middle of a dark road where the man was falling off the horse due to being intoxicated.

Once the deputy made contact with Arnold he was arrested on charges of public intoxication where he was ordered by the court to serve 3 days in jail for putting himself, the horse, and the public in danger.

Authorities reported the horse was not injured during the incident, and was safely returned home.
