The Lawrenceburg police department was dispatched to a local pet store with reports of a Blood Python Snake being stolen.

 

The Lawrenceburg police department was dispatched to Pets & More on Public Square with reports of a theft that had already occurred.

Upon arrival officers spoke with the owner who stated that once she came into work she noticed that the 2 ft Blood Python Snake was missing, and after speaking with her employee they confirmed that the snake had not been sold.

After reviewing the store's security footage a young white male was spotted on the video hanging around the store where he was going in and out of the back before putting something in his pocket then leaving.

The snake was described as a 2ft Blood Python, and brown in color valued at $155.

At the time of the report the identity of the male was unknown, and video footage was saved for further investigation.
