Monday Crime Report
Burglary
A chainsaw, vacuum cleaner, tool set and side grinder were items reported stolen from a Cedar Hill Road, Loretto residence Saturday. The resident reported the items had been taken from his garage; likely while he was away from the property on August 13. Deputies found no signs of forced entry. Loss is reported to be approximately $850.
Theft
A Grandview Drive resident reported to deputies Saturday that $500 cash had been stolen from her purse while it was inside her home. She said that she had some visitors, and that she suspected the cash was taken by one of them.
