A Tennessee man was caught taking photos in a Nashville mall dressing room.

According to the Metro Nashville police department Steven Murdock, 55, was arrested after he was caught taking pictures in a mall dressing room.

The incident occurred on Tuesday night at the H&M store inside the Opry Mills Mall in Nashville when the victim, Alondra Alcala, went into the store's dressing room, and while getting undressed noticed a camera in the corner of the stall facing towards her.

Alcala immediately got dressed, and exited the dressing room stall where she noticed Murdock coming out of the stall beside here with the phone in hand trying to delete photos.

Reports stated that Alcala told police she was then approached by Murdock's wife who asked the victim not to call the police.

Murdock was arrested on charges of unlawful photography, and transported to the Nashville jail where he bonded out Wednesday morning.

Murdock is due in court in September for a settlement hearing.
