Saturday Morning Blaze Erupts Inside Hilltop Drive Home

   A fire that erupted inside a Hilltop Drive home Saturday morning resulted in substantial damages.

   A neighbor spotted the blaze around 10:00 a.m. and quickly summoned members of the Lawrenceburg Fire Department to the scene. Owner, Debbie Webb, was not home at the time.

   According to fire officials the blaze originated in the kitchen of the home, which sustained the heaviest damage. Damage was also sustained to the roof and attic areas. Smoke damage was reported throughout the home.

   The scene was inspected by Fire Investigator Shayne Adams. Adams indicated the blaze likely began around a kitchen light fixture.
