Automobile Stolen From Dealer

   A Lawrenceburg automobile dealer reported to police officials that a vehicle was stolen from the business sometime over the weekend.

   Officials with Auto Mart Motors on North Locust Avenue reported the theft Monday morning through the Lawrenceburg Police Department. They indicated that the black, four-door, 2000 Ford Focus had last been seen around 2:00 p.m. Saturday, parked in front of the business. According to reports, the keys could have inadvertently been left inside.

   The theft remains under investigation at the present time through the department’s Criminal Investigation Division. Anyone who has information regarding the crime is urged to contact the department at 931-762-2276.
