Local woman reported that her ex boyfriend assaulted her after she returned home from work to find him inside her residence.

 

On Thursday a female victim showed up to the Lawrenceburg Police department to report assault and trespassing against her ex boyfriend.

The victim stated she was contacted by her ex boyfriend who lives in Michigan where he requested to get the rest of his belongings from her home, and she agreed to let him get his things while she was gone to her 3rd shift job then he could leave her residence before she returned home the following morning.

Once the victim returned to her residence on Thursday around 10:00 a.m. her ex boyfriend was still there refusing to leave where he attempted several times to hold her down in which the victim struck him multiple times with her fist to get free.

The victim told officers she then went to the local hospital to treat her injured hand, and that's when she noticed that her ex boyfriend had followed her there.

A report was filed for assault, and criminal trespassing where at the time of the report officers noted the suspect had warrants against him that request extradition.
