Victim Sees Burglar At His Home While Visiting Neighbor
A Lawrenceburg man told police officers last week that he had seen the man who burglarized his home while he was visiting a neighbor nearby.
The victim, age 57, reported to officers with the Lawrenceburg Police Department that he had been at a neighbor’s home when he noticed a man in a green Jeep drive past. A short time later, he said he noticed that the man was knocking on the door of his apartment. He said he did not know who the man was.
Shortly afterwards, the victim said he headed back to his apartment. Inside, he discovered that his medication bottles were missing. He said the bottles contained nerve and pain medications.
Investigation in the matter is on-going.
