The Lawrence County Sheriff's office was serving an arrest warrant that resulted in 3 suspects being arrested on multiple drug charges.

 

 

The Lawrence County Sheriff's office was responding to an arrest warrant on Saturday night around 10:30 p.m. at an apartment on Bluff Drive.

Deputies made contact with the suspect Chelsea Tompkins, 27, of Lawrenceburg who had an active warrant for probation violation.

During the arrest deputies caught Lorraine Harper, 56, of Lawrenceburg trying to hide a digital scale from deputies.

In another room of the apartment deputies located David Roemer, 32, of Florida where baggies could be seen in plain sight on top of a chair.

A search warrant was obtained where deputies found 6.3 grams of Methamphetamine, multiple pills, meth pipes, marijuana pipes, plastic baggies, digital scales, and $795 in cash.

The Department of Children's Services was also contacted as deputies found a toddler inside the apartment.

All 3 suspects was arrested on multiple drug charges including possession of schedule IV, simple possession of scheduled III, possession of drug paraphernalia, and child neglect.
