Tennessee workers found a body Thursday morning.

 

Thursday morning Metro public workers discovered a body along Old Hickory Boulevard without any identification, but a room key to Royal Parkway hotel.

Investigators were able to determine through the hotel that the body belonged to Matthew Hemmelgarn, 33, who originally checked into the hotel on Sunday, and keep booking the room for another night each day.

The police are investigating Hemmelgarn's last known whereabouts which they have confirmed on Wednesday night he was at Hooters restaurant until 10:40 p.m.
