Lawrence County woman was indicted on 5 charges including vehicular homicide.

 

Lynda Francis Boyd, of Leoma was indicted by the Lawrence County Grand Jury on 5 charges stemming from a vehicle crash that occured on August 15th 2018 where Boyd was behind the wheel.

Boyd who was intoxicated while driving was traveling along Highway 43 near Story and Lee when she hit an Amish buggy killing Jonas Mast of Ethridge.

On Monday the indictment was handed down for 5 charges including vehicular homicide by driver intoxication, vehicular homicide by recklessness, aggravated assault, and vehicular assault.
