Another Loretto Alumni Picked By The Braves
Clint Wright was another pick during the Major 
League Baseball Draft which ended Wednesday.
Wright was a draft pick in the 22nd round by the Braves, also home to local David Weathers and another draft pick Matt Lamm.
Wright, a 6-6, 250-pound right-hander transferred to Columbia State for the 2011 season after spending two seasons at Lambuth.
After not playing in 2009 and receiving a redshirt, he posted a 5.93 ERA with 15 strikeouts in 13.2 innings as a redshirt freshman in 2010.
Wright prepped at Loretto High School and was the member of 2005 team that advanced to the Class AA sectional round.
