Lawrence County Sheriff's department posted a Silver Alert for a local man.

The Lawrence County Sheriff's department shared on that a Silver Alert has been issued for James Giles, 85 of Loretto is missing.

Reports state that Giles was last seen at 10:00 p.m. on May 28th driving a blue 2017 Nissan Altima with Tag Number DP20089.

James Giles is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs around 145 pounds, has blue eyes, gray hair, and also is insulin dependent with a heart condition.
