Lawrenceburg police department issued warrants for an out of town suspect who was stealing merchandise from the local and Pulaski Walmart store.

 

The Lawrenceburg police department reported they received a call from security at the Pulaski Walmart stating they had detained, William Webb, 23 of
Missouri for stealing merchandise from their store.

After Webb was arrested by Pulaski police officers further investigation showed the suspect had also stolen $744 worth of merchandise from the Lawrenceburg Walmart.

Video surveillance showed Lawrenceburg police officers Webb leaving local Walmart on Tuesday around 12:30 p.m. with merchandise that he did not pay for.

Webb is currently in Giles County jail on theft charges, and will also be brought up on charges for the Lawrenceburg theft.
