Ethridge Youth Cited For Defacing Billboard

   An Ethridge teenager was issued citations last week after a law enforcement officer found him spray painting a billboard.

   Reports filed through the Lawrenceburg Police Department show that the incident occurred shortly before midnight Friday morning.

   The reporting officer reports that he noticed the teen, who was allegedly spray painting a mustache onto the face of a woman pictured on the billboard for First Volunteer Bank. The billboard was situated adjacent to Fiesta Mexican Restaurant on North Locust Avenue. Damages are estimated to total $250.00.

   As a result of the incident, officers report that Andrew Kyle Adkins, 19, of 65 Elizabeth Court, Ethridge, was issued a citation charging him with the crime of vandalism. He will be required to answer the charge through Lawrenceburg City Court on July 11, 1008.
