Thieves Remove Breakers From Air Unit
The owner of a tri-plex housing unit was surprised to discover why his air conditioning units stopped working Tuesday.
One of the residents told Lawrenceburg Police officers that he had called a repairman after the air conditioning unit ceased to function. While looking over the unit, the repairman discovered that someone had removed three breakers from the power box. No other damage was noted.
The owner was notified of the crime. Loss in the case was estimated at $36.
