City of Lawrenceburg has passed ordinance to regulate some auto related businesses.

On Thursday Morning the ordinance was to take effect which the leaders of the City of Lawrenceburg passed to regulate some auto related businesses within the city limits.

The ordinance will regulate automotive/motor vehicle, paint, body shop, lubrication,oil changes, tire installation, body work, and other maintenance services.

This ordinance also identifies automotive/motor vehicle repair as all which includes automobiles, motorcycles, boats, ATV, and etc.

There will be a civil penalty of $50 plus court cost per violation, and each day that the violation continues will acquire separate violation.
