Woman Arrested For Lying To Deputies
A Lawrenceburg woman was jailed Saturday after she repeatedly lied to deputies regarding the whereabouts of a fugitive.
According to reports filed through the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department Candise Michelle Mayfield, age 34, was arrested on charges of providing false information when, “She was asked more than once and lied to officers all times.”
Mayfield was transported to the Lawrence County Detention Center where she was booked without incident.
