A Lauderdale County, Alabama man was jailed in the State of Pennsylvania Tuesday in connection with a crash that claimed the life of a Loretto resident.

Dennis E. Brangard, Jr., 21, of Gibson Drive, Greenhill, was jailed under felony charges of homicide by vehicle as well as charges regarding an accident resulting in death or personal injury while not properly licensed. In addition, Brangard garnered citations charging him with driving without a license, speeding and careless driving.
