Keestone restort opening this summer.

The 80,000-square foot structure that will eventually house 44 luxury apartments, a restaurant, bakery, sports grill, the 350-seat Stone Theater, a small cinema, virtual golf center, two-lane bowling alley, corporate meeting rooms and event space.

Remodeling is being done to the former golf course clubhouse to include an indoor pool, fitness center, day spa, salon, and pet grooming center.

Also will include an outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, dog park, and nature trails and with water features are part of the plan. You might assume correctly that everything is pet-friendly.

Access to all amenities and meal packages are included with the studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in Keestone Resort. Homeowners at Keestone Landing can purchase amenity memberships and any of the Resort’s optional 24-hour concierge services - grocery pick-up, laundry, cleaning and maintenance.

Local individuals and couples, businesses and corporations will be able to purchase amenity memberships for access to the pools, cinema, virtual golf, bowling alley and more. You can learn more about this option by calling 931.853.3303.

Not all of the features of Keestone Resort will require a membership as the community restaurant, under the direction of chef Justin Letson; and bakery, with pastry chef Jess Rohling, will operate very much like businesses do everywhere.

Another option available to the public is being able to buy tickets to live performances at the Stone Theater.

Thanks to William Keelon for making such a positive investment in Lawrence County.
