Lawrenceburg Council To Meet Thursday
Members of the Lawrenceburg Board of Mayor and Council will meet in regular session Thursday morning to discuss a few items of business.
The sole ordinance on the agenda calls for amendments to the city’s 2013-2014 budget ordinance.
Two resolutions are slated for consideration. The first involves appropriations to non-profit organizations for the current fiscal year.
The second is to authorize application for a Federal Emergency Management Agency Assistance to Firefighters Grant. If received, the funds would be designated for the purchase equipment and computer software for pre-fire planning.
The meeting, which is open to the public, will get underway Thursday, March 7, 2014 at the Lawrenceburg City Administration Building.
