Detectives Seek Indictments Against Suspect In Theft Case
Law enforcement officials are seeking indictments against a Lawrenceburg man they believe stole items last week while performing repair work at a local home.
The victim told officers with the Lawrenceburg Police Department that she had hired workers to complete various repair tasks at her Windsor Drive home, including the replacement of a bedroom doorknob. Later in the day, the victim said she noticed that her Samsung Galaxy tablet had gone missing from that bedroom.
According to a press release issued through the department on Wednesday, detectives are seeking indictments against David Anthony Hunt, age 23. Detectives will present the collected evidence to the Lawrence County Grand Jury, seeking indictments on theft charges.
