Arrest Made In TV Thefts

   Investigation into a home burglary and the theft of the resident’s television sets lead to the arrest of three individuals Sunday evening.

   A resident of Windsor Drive notified Lawrenceburg Police Officers that she had arrived home around 9:30 p.m. to find her home had been burgarlized. The victim reported the rear door had been kicked in. Inside her home, the victim reported finding that her 42”RCA television was missing, as was her 50” Magnavox television set.

   The victim reported she had noticed two male subjects with whom she was acquainted following her earlier in the evening, so she had driven to the home of one of the men’s father on Hannah Drive. There, she reported seeing the two men leaving the home in separate vehicles. The victim told officers she had placed a 911 call to seek assistance.

   Officers were able to conduct a traffic stop on one of the suspect vehicles; a gold 2008 Nissan truck. Officers report there were three individuals inside and that the victim’s 42” TV was in the back.

   As a result the following arrests were made:  Kenneth Price Olive, 60, of 134 Hannah Drive, aggravated burglary, theft and vandalism.  Linda Kay Rollins, 46, of 416 Fourth Street; aggravated burglary, theft and vandalism.

Edwards Shane Olive, 20, 11 Barnett Drive; aggravated burglary, theft and vandalism. The latter was also charged with simple possession of marijuana after approximately 4 grams of the drug was found in the floorboard of the truck.

   All three individuals are scheduled to answer the charges against them in Lawrence County General Sessions Court on March 5, 2010.
