Loretto Lions Help Senior Center
The Loretto Lions Club recently met and heard a presentation from Loretto Senior Center President Doyle Moore. Moore told the Lions Club about all the activities the group has and how important the group is to seniors within the community.
After the presentation, Lion member Chris Jackson made a motion and Lion member Bob Moore seconded it, for the club to match the county and city's annual donation of $500 to the senior center. The motion passed without objection.
The Lions Club donation will directly help the senior citizen center with day to day expenses and will allow the center to offer more activities to members.
