Light Agenda Awaits Lawrenceburg Council Thursday
Members of the Lawrenceburg Board of Mayor and Council have announced a light agenda for their Thursday morning meeting.
Due to the holiday season, the board's December 25 bi-monthly meeting was re-scheduled for December 18.
The council is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Ordinance 1148 which calls for a zoning change. The ordinance is being brought on second and final reading.
Council members are scheduled to consider passage of a resolution to enter into an agreement with Spyglass Group LLC for audit of the city's primary telecommunication services.
A second resolution is to authorize the request for bids for fleet fuel. The last resolution is in regards to a contract grant agreement with the State of Tennessee, Department of Military Tennessee Emergency Management Agency.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. inside the council meeting room of the Lawrenceburg Municipal Complex on the public square. The public is invited to attend.
