Loretto Aldermen Met Tuesday

   Loretto’s Board of Aldermen met in regular session Tuesday evening to consider a few items of city business.

   The board gave approval to all three business items brought for before them. The first, brought on final reading, allows annexation of a parcel of land that adjoins the current city limits in the vicinity of Eells Street.

   Aldermen opted to hire Benefit Solutions, Inc., as the provider for the city’s Health Insurance Gap Plan. Also, board members voted to allow Mayor Jesse Turner to enter into a contract with Paul Boyer for the development of a pay plan and job descriptions that will apply to all city employees.
