Hinnie's BBQ shooter in Lawrence County was arrested after release from hospital.

 

On Saturday Nov 19th, Lawrenceburg Police Officers responded to Hinie’s BBQ on North Locust Avenue in reference to a shooting.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined a domestic related situation involving a patron occurred around 7:00 p.m. inside the restaurant where the situation escalated when the male subject produced a handgun and fired two self inflicted shots in an apparent suicide attempt.

The second shot incapacitated the subject at which point other patrons rendered first aid until EMS arrived on-scene.

The subject was then been flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in in critical condition.

According to reports, Jeffery Wright, has been arrested after being released from the hospital where he faces multiple charges after firing a gun inside Hinie's BBQ Restaurant in November.

Wright has been charged with Aggravated Stalking, Aggravated Assault (multiple counts), Reckless Endangerment With a Deadly Weapon
