Thursday, December 3, 2015 beginning at 6:30pm  Everyone residing in Lawrence County who applied for the position of Director of Schools will be interviewed by the Lawrence County Board of Education.  There are three local applicants;

6:30pm    First interview- Greg Corum, currently Physical Education teacher at Leoma Elementary

7:45pm    Second interview- Bryan True, currently Lewis County High School Assistant Principal

9:00pm    Third interview- Michael Adkins, currently Lawrence County High School Principal

**Please note all interviews will occur in the Board Room at the central office of Lawrence County Schools at 700 Mahr Avenue, Lawrenceburg. Public is encouraged to attend.

Saturday, December 5, 2015 beginning at 9:00am The four finalists submitted by the consultant will be interviewing for the position of Director of Schools.  They are:

9:00am     First interview- Dr. Stan Curtis, currently Director of Schools for Cheatham County (TN)

10:15am   Second interview- Dr. David Roper, currently Director of Schools for Millington Municipal Schools (TN)

11:30am               Lunch Break

12:15pm   Third interview- Johnny McDaniel, former Director of Schools for Bradley County (TN)

1:30pm   Fourth interview- D. Scott Porter, former Superintendent of Schools for Bluford Schools (IL)

Thursday, December 10, 2015 beginning at 7:00pm the top two candidates will be interviewed for a final time.
