Wayne County’s Operation Glacier Results In Arrest Of Two Locals

Lawrenceburg Now

Two Lawrenceburg residents were among numerous suspects taken into custody in Wayne County last week in connection with a long-term sting operation dubbed “Operation Glacier”

The operation was conducted in an effort to target individuals involved in the production and sale of methamphetamine throughout Wayne County.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department reports that Thomas Todd, a thirty-year-old resident of 405 Oak Street, Lawrenceburg was arrested on two counts of unlawful distribution of meth. Also arrested was Bridgett Carol Hughes, 40, of 2106 Springer Road, Lawrenceburg. Hughes garnered charges of possession of marijuana, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, and three counts of unlawful distribution of meth.

Evidence in the operation presented to a Wayne County Grand Jury resulted in thirty-seven indictments being issued against twenty-five individuals.
