Resident Finds Gutter Has Been Shot

Law enforcement officers were dispatched to investigate when a Redhill Center Road resident found that her home had been damaged by a shotgun blast.

   The victim, age 58, reported to Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday that she had found a section of her gutter lying on the ground.

Deputies report that it appeared the gutter had been shot with a shotgun, then detached from the house and thrown to the ground.

   Department officers are working to identify a suspect in the case.
