Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers have announced that they will be "stepping up

distracted driving enforcement" as well as launching the "Hands Free Tennessee" campaign.

 

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, troopers across the state will be stepping up distracted driving enforcement as well as letting drivers know that focusing on the road is your priority behind the wheel, and distracted driving needs to take a back seat.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol has also launched the "Hands Free Tennessee" campaign with the purpose of educating motorist more about the hands free law, the risks that come with distracted driving, and hopefully reduce distracted driving fatalities.
