Lady Eagles are state bound

The Summertown Lady eagles defeated Middle Tennessee Christian in sub state action Thursday night. Scorers were 25-11, 23-25, 25-12, 25-15. Josie Franks and Madison Dinwiddie led the team with eleven kills each. Meg Dinwiddie had ten kills, Sara Beasley seven kills, and Haley Brown five.

The Lady eagles will compete in the TSSAA State tournament for the third year straight next week. Game times and locations will be announced through TSSAA website.
