Lawrenceburg police officers seized narcotics, and paraphernalia after obtaining a search warrant for a local residence.

 

The Lawrenceburg police department obtained a probable cause search warrant for a Gallaher Boulevard residence by the Circuit Court of the 22nd Judicial District of the state of Tennessee that resulted in officers seizing narcotics and paraphernalia.

Upon arrival police repeatedly knocked on the front door, but after no response one of the officers was forced to kick in the door where they discovered that no one was home as well the furniture inside was now gone since police was there 24 hours prior for an undisclosed reason.

Inside the residence officers discovered a blue bag containing several types of pills, a container with marijuana residue, two marijuana grinders, a box of sandwich baggies, and a pill cruiser.

Officers seized all the items inside the home, nailed the wooden door frame back in place to secure the residence, and left a copy of the search warrant papers along with a documentation of the items seized.
