Police department seeking help in identifying burglar

The Lawrenceburg Police Department has shared photos with the public in the hopes of identifying the person caught on video surveillance while burglarizing Taz Mart on West Gaines Street in early September.

The burglary occurred at around 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 7. The person responsible used an axe to bust through a block wall, into a storage room. Money was stolen out of both cash registers; an amount totaling $4,266. Damages were said to total $1,000.
