Stalking Suspect Apprehended In Lawrenceburg

On September 16th, 2015 investigators with the Lawrenceburg Police Department began receiving notifications of a “large white male” that was stalking young women.

One reported incident occurred at Wal-Mart, last Monday evening. the suspect reportedly followed a Lawrenceburg woman and her 13 year old daughter from inside, across lot, near their car.

The Lawrenceburg woman alerted a couple that was in the lot that a man was following her, this is when the good samaritan confronted Braly, and stood between him and the two women that were trying to walk away from him.

Several Lawrenceburg residents have come forward with complaints against Braly involving similar circumstances.

Police investigators obtained three criminal warrants for stalking against Braly. Lawrenceburg Police did arrest Braly this morning on two counts of aggravated stalking involving a minor, and one count of stalking involving an adult.

Police urge the public to come forward if these incidents have occurred to them or somebody they know. Braly is being held on a $21,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on October 1st, at 9 a.m.
