A two vehicle wreck in Alabama tragically claimed the life of a Lawrenceburg woman.

 

 

According to reports a two-vehicle crash occurred on Monday around 2:50 p.m. where sadly 81 year old, Patricia Mashburn, of Lawrenceburg, was killed when her Chevrolet Malibu was hit by a Chevrolet Colorado driven by Nehemiah Henry, 20, of Florence, Alabama.

The wreck happened at the intersection of U.S. 43 and Lauderdale County 364 at the 330 mile marker where Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate the crash.

Mashburn was pronounced dead at the scene as well as two passengers in the Malibu, Ashley Helsley, 20, and Tristen Helsley, 22, were both transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
