Power outage Thursday morning

During the outage we lost service at the Collins Sub Station. Substation outages are usually widespread and take a bit to identify and correct. Crews have identified the problem and are working as fast as possible to correct this and restore everyone’s service.
Our phone lines are busy at this time, but we are aware of all of the affected areas. We apologize for this outage and we will restore the service as soon as we can fix the problem.
At this time all power should be restored! Crews have restored the problem at the substation. If you are still without service please call our outage reporting line at 762-7161 and report it.
