Summertown High School Pre-Registration Schedule 2015-2016 School Year

New and returning students will be able to complete the registration process and pick up class schedules on Tuesday, July 21 according to the following schedule:

Seniors 8:00 am – 10:00 am

Juniors 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Sophomores 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Freshmen & New Students 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

• No student should come early. Please come at the appropriate time or later.

• Returning students should bring all necessary contact information such as parent’s work numbers, emergency contact numbers, and medical contacts.

• New students / transfer students must bring a parent, proof of residence (electric bill, phone bill, property tax receipt, or rental/lease agreement), transcripts from previous school, withdrawal form from previous school, and an updated shot record.

• Remember there is no abbreviated registration day in August. August 6 is the first full day of school and each student should be registered and have a class schedule by the first day.

• Students should be prepared to pay for all outstanding debts from last school year as well parking permits for the upcoming school year.

In addition, mark your calendar for new student orientation and open house for all students, parents, and community members that will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2012 with HOT DOG WE’RE BACK. Activities will be at 5:00 – 8:00 pm. Followed by the student council movie in the courtyard.
