Friday Crime Report
Theft
Police officers were called upon to investigate the theft of a wallet from a vehicle at a Parrish Street home Tuesday morning. The thirty-nine year old victim reported that the wallet contained $150 in cash.
Aggravated burglary
A resident of Holtsford Street requested that officers investigate Tuesday morning after discovering that someone had burglarized his home. The victim reported that prescription medication and DVDs with a combined value of $55 were missing. The perpetrator gained entry through an unlocked back door. The victim said that the crime occurred sometime after 9:00 Monday evening.
Theft
Officers responded to an Old Florence Road home just before 3:30 a.m. Wednesday where the victim reported that two televisions and a Play Station 4 system had been stolen out of an apartment from which she had recently moved. She estimated loss to total $900.
Vehicle burglary
Officers were called to a North Military Avenue address at 12:30 a.m. Thursday where the resident reported that someone had broken into her 2001 Tahoe, parked behind the home. Missing were a CD player, two flashlights, and a GPS device with a combined value of $890. Officers noted no sign of forced entry.
