Saint Joseph Police Officers were following up on a traffic stop that led to approximately a quarter pound of Methamphetamine, and a Volkswagen Sedan being seized.

Saint Joseph Police Officers were dispatched to a residence on Yocum Lane in regards to locating a suspect in a previous traffic stop where officers were attempting to make contact when they observed a 2017 Volkswagen Sedan parked in the driveway with a baggie containing narcotics in plain sight.

Once contact was made with the residents of the home officers discovered that the vehicle containing the narcotics belonged to Robert Murdock of Hohenwald who left prior to their arrival.

Officers seized the 2017 Volkswagen Sedan, and approximately a quarter pound of Methamphetamine where Murdock will face charges of possession of a controlled substance schedule II for resale.
